- Marketing Costs (A professional yard sign, internet site dues/subscriptions, postcards, flyers)
- Transaction Coordinator—to be sure all deadlines are met and critical details are not missed
- Maintenance costs for multiple websites to fully advertise your property
- Yearly association dues and continuing education courses of which you will be the beneficiary of the knowledge and networking exposure
From Robin’s offices’ portion of your commission, you will benefit from:
