Your Realtor is responsible for one of the largest financial transactions you will ever participate in.  I believe that every person contemplating buying or selling a home needs to be assured that when they hire an agent to represent them, the client’s interests will always be first.

Therefore, I guarantee that after you list your home to sell with me or agree to purchase a home through me, if you are not satisfied with my service, if you feel I made promises that were not fulfilled, or if you simply decide not to sell your home or purchase a home, please give me a one-week written notice to terminate the Listing Contract or Buyer Agency Agreement.
