Robin has earned the following advanced designations in order to better serve her clients:
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) A Certified Residential Specialist is a Realtor who has completed a rigorous course of advanced training and meets significant experience requirements. Only 4% of all Realtors in the U.S. have obtained this designation. That’s because only one in 25 has the experience, the commitment and the hours of advanced training necessary. Members are specialists in home buying and selling, real estate technology, and the ability to maximize client profits and minimize costs.
Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) This designation indicates a member of REBAC, the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council. Realtor members complete a course of training whereby they serve as their clients’ advocate and fiduciary in the purchase of property.
Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) A Realtor with the capability to negotiate a successful outcome on your behalf is the most powerful advocate you can have during a home purchase or sale process. Robin has earned this designation as one more step in adding value to her clients
Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) Staging is the art of preparing your home for sale on the open market. Decorating a home is the process of personalizing. Staging is the process of de-personalizing. The way you live in a home and the way you sell a home are two very different things. Robin works with professional stagers as well as having the ability herself to guide you through the steps of staging your home. When your home looks its best, it sells faster and at a better price.
Certified Foreclosure Specialist (CFS) Robin has completed the education necessary to guide her clients through the difficult process of purchasing or selling a property that is in foreclosure or subject to a short-sale scenario.
Managing Broker A Broker is the person in a Real Estate office the agents go to with questions, legal issues, assistance with negotiation items and a myriad of other things. Robin has completed the coursework and has the necessary experience as a Realtor to have earned her Broker designation. As a Realtor in an office with a managing broker, she is known as an associate broker.
In addition, Robin is affiliated with the following organizations:
- National Association of Realtors
- Washington Association of Realtors
- Seattle-King County Association of Realtors

On a Personal Note
I was born and raised in the Midwest and moved to the Puget Sound area just prior to starting high school. I was blessed with two wonderful parents, both schoolteachers and a younger brother who was affectionately known as “bear bait” on our family camping trips. I have shared my life for over 20 years with a firefighter and we enjoy cross country skiing, bicycling and hiking. We have built several homes from the ground up over the years as well as managing and completing several significant remodels. I have gained a great deal of knowledge and experience in how a house is built and as a result can help guide my clients in determining which fix-up projects are worthwhile and which are not.
